Description
This Multipak pre-made pouch sealing machine is the largest in the range and is capable of sealing a maximum pouch size of 250mm wide by 400mm in length. This is a multi-station automatic machine which means it has been designed to have a continues flow of pouches being picked up, opened, filled and sealed so speeds of up 45 pouches per minute can be achieved. The machine has been built using mainly stainless steel making it an excellent solution for packing food. Please note this is only a sealing machine but can easily be combined with a weigher or powder or liquid filler. There is a sensor fitted to the machine to detect a bag is open before filling so the filling operation is not done if no bag is present. The suction opening system is designed to open different styles of pouches like 3 side seal bag, stand up pouches, spout pouches and side gusseted bags.
