Description

The Multipak Automatic Seal Sealer is an excellent entry level machine for increasing production of opening, filling and sealing pouches. This machine is a single station machine that works by moving a single pouch through a series of operations. The pre made pouches are stacked in the feed hopper and the feed belt moves a single pouch into the pick up position, from there it can be date coded (Using the optional inkjet printer), it is then opened, filled and finally sealed. The opening system can be fitted with the optional zipper opener. 

We recommend using this machine with open of the following filling systems

• For granular or slightly larger products such as sugar, salt, coffee, cereal, nuts or sweets, a liner weigher is an excellent option. Please see our range of linear weighers like the Multipak 2 Lane 3 Tier Weigher.
• For weighing applications where speed and accuracy are important, a Multihead Weigher is recommended, especially the Highdream Basic 10 Head Multihead Weigher.
• For filling liquids we recommend the Multipak Automatic Liquid Filler
• For fine powders, we recommend an Auger Filler.
• There are also options for counting or weighing items such as hardware like screws, nuts and bolts. 

The filling and sealing speed is up to 15 pouches per minute but is dependent on the filling system. If a higher speed is need a multi station pouch sealer would be recommended. 

The machine will handle pouches sizes as shown below and the feed hopper can easily and quickly be adjusted.
