Description
This refurnished Ilapak vertical form fill seal bagger is built a to a high standard. It was previously in use on a cereal production line, but it is equally adept at bagging a wide range of other food and non-food products.
Suitable for a wide range of food products including:
- snacks
- crisps
- confectionery
- biscuits
- bakery products
- dry pet food products
This machine is also more than capable of handling non-food products like components and parts.
This Ilapak VT2000/400SP is fitted with impulse sealing jaws for sealing polyethylene packaging material. However, the jaws can easily be changed to standard heat seal ones (Illaseal or Ilatherm) for sealing multiple heat sealable materials such as polypropylene, barrier films and laminates.
The machine is operated via a 6-inch colour touchscreen panel, the system is user-friendly and can store up to 100 programs.
This machine can make pillow pack style bags but it can be modified for gusseted (block bottom) bags. It is also printer-ready for those who want to integrate a printer.
