Description

This Multipak Rapid 240 VFFS form film seal bagging machine is high speed, offers reliability and it is a quality packaging machine for manufacturing and processing lines.

Suitable for packing a wide range of solid food products like grains, lentils, rice, crisps, popcorn, cheese, coffee beans, cereals, dried fruits, snacks and extruded food products. It is also equally adept at handling non-food products like components and parts.

The Multipak Rapid models are designed to deliver speed and reliability, built to a high spec and a great fit for companies looking to optimise production and efficiency with a user friendly interface making operator training simple.

Standard Features
- Easy reel change that centralises the reel
- The touch screen digital control panel can position the film left and right and move the seal and cut for a printed film with an eye mark
- Set sealing temperatures and pressure via the control panel
- The machine can be linked to an automatic filling system to get optimum speed or it can be run off a foot pedal for hand feeding products
